Catering Manager
The Catering Manager is a professional food and beverage manager responsible for management -coordination of all aspects of the F&B operation while delivering an excellent customer/guest experience. They will forecast for the future and plan strategically to maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. They will manage and/or monitor the department inventories and staff through successful hiring, training, and supervision.

The Café Supervisor is responsible and accountable for supervision of employees in a fast paced and excellence focused food service operation. This is a 12 month, 40 hour per week position and is required to work nights and weekends.
