Searching for a dynamic candidate to work with the Davidson Athletic Fund team. This position reports to the Director of Athletic Development and is an externally driven ambassador and revenue generator for Davidson athletics.

This position will manage between 150-200 athletics prospects through the stages of stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation. The position will seek philanthropic support to advance athletics priorities with an enhanced focus on leadership annual gifts ($2,500 level and above) and major gifts ($50,000 level and above).

This position will work collaboratively with colleagues in Major Gifts, the Fund for Davidson as well as the Office of Parent Giving to maximize support to athletics initiatives. This position will also serve as the DAF liaison to assigned sports and provide guidance to coaches on annual fundraising strategies and alumni engagement activities. This position will attend sporting events and represent athletics at campus and special events, as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of one year of development or related work experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills a must. The candidate must be extremely organized, highly motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects at one time. Must be comfortable with travel. 

Must be willing to learn new technology as it changes and/or becomes available.
