This position is responsible for contributing to all aspects of financial aid processes. This position will process documents from numerous sources to ensure completion of the financial aid process. Dissemination of financial aid information to students, families, college offices, government, and private agencies etc. while assisting with the financial aid application process, and document management under FERPA guidelines. This position will serve as the primary contact for all loan processes and questions and serve as the campus contact for data requests. This position will also coordinate external events for the Office of Financial Aid.
Knowledge of federal student aid programs in a higher education setting.
Knowledge of federal student aid programs. Customer service experience, especially with confidential interactions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Experience with federal student aid transmission and reconciliation procedures. Experience with basic mathematical functions in a zero-error environment. Experience and proficiency with Ellucian Banner.
