Athletic Maintenance Worker needed to perform a variety of custodial cleaning, servicing and building maintenance duties and participate in the preparation and maintenance of athletic fields and facilities; maintain sanitation and perform event setups as needed by the Athletic Department.

Essential Functions:

• Clean and service assigned areas in athletic buildings, including interior and exterior locations; provide service, support and repair of facilities.
• Responsible for general maintenance of athletic facilities buildings and outdoor venues.
• Responsible for event setups and breakdowns and provide necessary services during these events.  Meet the needs of the athletic department staff and student athletes on a daily basis.
• Provide athletic field marking and minor field maintenance.  Some mowing and weed eating as necessary to upkeep venues.
• Service and repair equipment and facilities, restock supplies, provide trash maintenance.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of HS diploma or GED.
• Prefer NC driver's license.
