Job Summary:

Manage, implement, steward, and strategically direct the premier scholarship programs of Davidson College. Serve as a valued and critical member of the admission and financial aid staff, working in close collaboration with on- and off-campus constituencies to achieve the enrollment goals of the college.

Minimum Qualifications:            

Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of experience in Admission and Financial Aid, in addition to highly relevant experience in student advising and goal-setting. Strategic collaborative experiences, both within and outside of the organization, are required.

Preferred Qualifications:            

Master's degree

Knowledge, Skills, & Training:   

• Strong knowledge of current college enrollment landscape for admission and financial aid.
• Ability to articulate the mission and value of the college and scholarship programs.
• Evidence of team building experiences that generated desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Evidence of strategic planning.
