Davidson College is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This position will be responsible for assisting with all phases of a Division I Women's Lacrosse program that competes in the Atlantic 10 Conference. The applicant should be prepared to assist in the planning and execution of all practices and games, administering individual skill sessions on the field or in the gym on a daily basis, prepare scouting reports including video analysis and breakdown of film for the team and for individual players, develop and maintain strong relationships with high school and club coaches, utilize ARMS software to manage compliance and recruiting records, and perform all other duties as assigned by the Head Coach while supporting the Head Coach in cultivating a positive environment in which student-athletes develop and succeed academically and athletically.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; Played or coached Division I, II or III lacrosse. If the assistant played at the college level than no experience is required. If they did not play at the collegiate level then prior coaching experience is required.
