Davidson College and the Office of Admission and Financial Aid invite applications for the position of Associate Dean of Admission and Director of Scholarship Programs. This senior staff position will serve to manage, implement, steward and strategically direct the premier scholarship programs of Davidson College, while also serving as a valued and critical member of the admission and financial aid staff. This position requires working in close collaboration with on- and off-campus constituencies to achieve the enrollment goals of the college. Justice, Equality, & Community Archives Fellow
The Davidson College Library seeks a Justice, Equality, and Community (JEC) Archives Fellow to advance our understanding of the College’s nineteenth-century involvement with enslaved peoples and its role in civil rights in the twentieth century. The JEC Archives Fellow will collaborate with Archives, Special Collections, and Community staff to identify and process relevant collections, research materials, and create digital scholarship and learning resources to promote dialogue across the community. Working with cohort, campus, and community partners, including the Davidson College Commission on Race and Slavery, the Fellow will focus efforts on researching and documenting Davidson’s complicated history with enslavement, race relations, civil rights, and other related topics.
